How Do I Change The Favicon

Follow the Steps Given Below
1. Log in to your Blogger account and click the "Design" option under the blog you wish to configure.

2. Click "Edit" from the "Favicon" option found in the upper left section of the screen.

3. Click "Browse" to find the image on your computer that you want to use as a favicon. Once you locate it, double-click the icon file to upload it to your blog.

4. Click "Save" to apply the new favicon to your Blogger blog.





How Do I Changed  Blogger Icon In  head 

1. Go To  http://www.favicongenerator.com/ .

2. Upload Your Desired ICON or LOGO.

3. Convert The In  Favicon.

4. Download And Save It ON your Computer.

5. Now Login To Your Blogger account.

6. Now Create  A New Post and Upload The Favicon Image

7. Now Go to The HTML and Copy The Image Link.

8. Now Go to  Template AND then Edit Html

9. Press CNTRL + F  and SEARCH  </Head>

10. Now Go To </Head> and above this enter the code below :

<link rel="icon"
  type="image/png"
  href="YOUR FAVICON URL" />  Copy Paste your image link  after href in colen;

11. Now Copy ALL and Paste It Before  </Head>

Note :- If that does not works for you then you need to go to the theme and then go to header1 and then see the widget setting and  in image  change it to true from false
